This integration can be deployed on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and integrated with OPERA Cloud Property Management System (PMS) via Oracle Hospitality Integrations Platform (OHIP). Oracle Cloud Marketplace is a centralized repository of enterprise applications offered by Oracle and Oracle partners.

The AIVA Connect Platform enables the creation and deployment of omnichannel conversational and generative AI virtual agents for hospitality central reservation systems, hotel operations workflow automation, enhanced guest services and digital concierge solutions. Integration with Opera Cloud PMS allows BluIP to further support our customers in the hospitality industry through business analytics and an agent console integrated with leading CX vendors.
